Chicky Monkey live at Wärchhof, Luzern on Wed, 15-April-1992 with DJ Ras Claude selecting around the show.
The brief announcement says: “SKA is popular at Wärchhof. Put on your black-and-white shoes. The music and culture magazine “173” is hijacking you into the world of SKA. Live from Dijon: ‘Chicky Monky” (seen on picture) is the follow up of Mano Negra from France. After the show, Claude’s on the fader with the cream tunes from SKA to Reggea (sic). Refreshments at the bar on the first floor. Today, Saturday at 8.30 PM.”
A funny fact is, I met this band in 1995 on the Skatalites world tour in Dijon, where they played the warm-up.
